The treatment is performed with the EMS Prophylaxis Master, from Switzerland. This is a modern and effective technique to remove plaque, tartar, and stains painlessly.

During the treatment, fine powder (salt) is used, in combination with warm water and high pressure (Airflow). The warm water ensures that the treatment is pleasant and even patients with exposed tooth roots do not experience sensitivity during the treatment.

First, the bacteria (biofilm) are made visible by coloring the teeth. Based on this, the patient can see where extra attention is needed, and the dental hygienist can perform the dental cleaning with precision.
